Now Hiring: Brooklyn Park’s Looking for Part-time Firefighters

June 4 – The Brooklyn Park Fire Department is currently hiring part-time firefighters. The application period closes at 5 p.m. on June 15.

The department is one of the busiest non full-time departments in Minnesota.

The department will be hosting a open house on June 8 and they are encouraging applicants to attend. The event will detail out the department’s requirements, time commitments and break down their hiring categories. It begins at 6:30 p.m. at Fire Station 2 at 5700 85th Ave. N.
